Ramon Cooks
Ramon Cooks is the Director and serves as the Chairman of the Board for Leading The Way Men's Ministry. He has served as a local elder for total of eleven (11 years at both Capitol City and Southgate Seventh-day Adventist Church. He has worked in Prison Ministry for eight (8) years as a speaker and teacher.

James (Jimmy) Batchelor II
Jimmy Batchelor is the Co-Director and serves as the Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors and Secretary for Leading The Way Men's Ministry. He served in Men's Ministry as co-leader for two (2) years and Head Deacon for approximately ten (10) years and both Capitol City and West Sacramento Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Treasurer
Marcellus Combs
Marcellus Combs is the Executive Treasurer and serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Leading The Way Men's Ministry. He has served as Treasurer for approximately ten (10) years for both Capitol City and Southgate Seventh-day Adventist Church. He has held the position of Treasure for LTW since its inception in 2008.

Phil West, Jr.
Phil West has been a member of LTW since 2008, and provide transportation for our speakers.
Executive Member
Charles Wilson
Charles Wilson has been a member of LTW since 2010 and provides all the necessary services needed when requested. He is our "Ready Man" for technical, physical, and planning tasks.

Ron Lewis
Ron Lewis has been a member of LTW since 2015, and provides all music for every event that LTW conducts.
